This is our 2nd stay with this hotel. The staff are friendly. The room was big and the bed/pillows were very comfortable. There are simple toiletries and coffee/tea bags available at the lobby to be picked up. It is close to the Shimbashi Train Station where you can board the trains to Asakusa, SkyTree , Tokyo Station, Shibuya and many other places. There are elevators and lift in case you are carrying your luggage around from the station & hotel. There are many eateries nearby. There is a lovely park nearby too, if you just want to chill in the evening.

Very pleasant with nice neighborhood

The property is located in a very nice neighborhood in the middle of Shiodome. It is located inside a large office building so it can be confusing to find but has direct access to Yurikamome Line for Odaiba as well as the Subway Oedo Line (Shiodome Station) and JR Rail (Shimbashi which is a 9 minute walk). The staff were very polite and efficient and did their best to make sure we were comfortable. They also helped book a taxi for us to Haneda Airport at 4AM who was there on time. The laundry is also very affordable which I appreciated. The rooms were clean and well equipped; however, despite booking a premier room, I noticed that the furniture was a bit dated and needed an update but my friend, who got the smaller standard room, was lucky to get a more modern room. My room did not even have a safe box so I ended up carrying all my cash and passport around so thank god I was in Japan where it’s very safe. I had a nice view overlooking the buildings on the other side while my friend got the lobby view. The wifi and TV were good and there is a video on demand card in the pantry where you can input a code and watch a variety of movies and programs as you wish. There is a Tully Cafe and a Family Mart on the second floor of the entrance which was super convenient. Overall, I recommend this hotel as it close to Haneda Airport by Taxi and also has great connections to public transport. There is also a Don Quijote in the area and there is a lot of food options around the area.

I visited Tokyo in November 2023. We needed a hotel close to the underground that didn't cost the earth. This hotel ticked the boxes. The entrance to the building is grand impressive. Sadly the rooms were very basic however. Not much space or warmth. Nothing specifically stood out. I didn't eat here so couldn't comment further. We would stay here again though for price and location.

With SO MANY hotels to choose from, this one should be near the bottom of the list. The price doest not fit the quality of the stay. We were 5 people, three rooms, on day 10 of 12 in Japan. We took the overnight bus from Kyoto, so we desired an early check in. They WERE able to accommodate a 1:45 pm check-in. HOWEVER after informing us we could check in early, they informed me of a 2175 yen early fee. Okay, I understand. Rooms two checked in next, now being after 2pm...they were charged 1725 yen... I MISTAKENLY booked two smoking rooms. We asked if they had the same room available in none smoking, yes....BUT 12000 yen more per night up charge. Eventually we were assigned rooms on 7th floor and 2nd floors. The 7th floor room was "beat up". All furniture was very scuffed, carpets stained and shower tiles mildewed. 2nd floor rooms were worn, but not as bad. They only lightly smelled of smoke. The hotel offers a western breakfast buffet for 2150 yen per person and their laundry wash and dry was 600 yen (additional drying required, so 800 yen for one load). We commonly found other hotels breakfast buffet for 1100 yen and laundry for 600 yen per load. Overall, the hotel meets needs, but is not a good value for the money. You can find better options. Stayed at the Renovated room with my daughter. Room is very nice, spacious, clean and comfortable. Very accessible to Bus Limousine drop off/pick up points, easy access to train stations through the underground passageways; there is even a train station right outside. Connected to the above ground walkways that leads you to Ginza. Afternoon snacks is provided for free at the lobby, from 5pm to 7pm - indeed a very good idea! Efficient and welcoming staff. Big thanks to KOGA, UMAMI and HANASHIMA who were always pleasant and very patiently answered all our inquiries.
